Sportitalia give details of the personal terms agreed between Sofyan Amrabat, Rasmus Hojlund and Manchester United, but Fiorentina and Atalanta are harder to convince.

The Old Trafford side already broke the bank to secure Andre Onana from Inter and are continuing to purse their primary transfer targets within Serie A.

According to Sportitalia transfer expert Alfredo Pedullà, both Amrabat and Hojlund have already agreed personal terms with Manchester United.

In the case of the Morocco international midfielder, it will be a lengthy contract set at €4-4.5m per season plus performance-related bonuses.

As for the young striker, he too is expected to earn €4.5m per season plus bonuses that are set to increase year on year for the length of the five-year deal.

However, Fiorentina and Atalanta are yet to be convinced by the Manchester United proposals.

Of the two, Amrabat is by far the most likely to go through, especially after his agent confirmed they ‘assumed’ a sale would happen this summer.

A transfer fee is more than feasible at €23-25m plus bonuses to reach the €30m asking price set by Fiorentina.

Atalanta are a different matter, as they only purchased Hojlund a year ago and are in no particular rush to sell.

The 20-year-old Dane is also said to be enthusiastic about Manchester United, but not to the degree he would create a split with La Dea.

The minimum asking price is €60m plus bonuses, although some of United’s other spending has prompted Atalanta to push it even higher to €70m plus €5m bonuses.

  1. May as well make as much money as possible. Serie A is a selling league so try and squeeze as much as possible from the PL.
