Milan captain Massimo Ambrosini has admitted that the club's next three games are 'crucial' if they are to qualify for next season's Champions League.
The Rossoneri face Fiorentina, Napoli and Juventus within three weeks, and the midfielder has claimed that those matches could decide their entire campaign.
“Those games will be crucial,” he told Tuttosport. “But they will not be decisive because we will still have five games left.
“The first two matches though will be especially important because they are head-to-head against direct rivals.
“We have a difficult schedule. The Viola will be tough – they have played very well. They have a Coach who has an enviable philosophy.
“After many changes over the summer, it was a long and difficult adjustment, but the worst is over now.
“We must not relax though. We need to out the icing on the cake of a surprising season.”
