There are reports Ricky Alvarez is struggling to agree personal terms with Sunderland for his £10m move from Inter.

The Argentina international creative midfielder was all set to make the move on loan for €1m with an option to buy for a further €11m.

That option would become mandatory if the Black Cats avoided relegation from the Premier League.
