Milan boss Massimiliano Allegri has urged his players to be cautious when they face Sampdoria this weekend.

The League leaders have won five games in a row in all competitions and look the real deal this season.

"Tomorrow's game will be the most delicate because we are coming off a very expensive period on a physical and mental level," Allegri said.

"We have played a game every three days, which has taken a lot of energy out of us, but Saturday's game will close this period, so it's very important to do well in this moment.

"On the one hand it's better if Samp play without Cassano because he is a great player, but from another point of view it's worse because when teams are missing great players they become more compact and give something extra, creating difficulty for their opponents.

"It will be a difficult game even without Cassano.

"It always takes patience because a game lasts 95 minutes and we mustn't be in a hurry to resolve it also because we are a little tired mentally right now, but physically we are fine and we are ready to have a good game," he concluded.
