Juventus coach Max Allegri showed an interesting approach to man-management when advising Adrien Rabiot. ‘If you lose that ball, I will kill you!’

The incident was during stoppages at the Allianz Juventus Stadium in Turin during the 2-0 Serie A victory over Udinese.

Rabiot was pressed from behind by two Udinese players and pinned to the touchline right near Allegri’s position.

As the capacity is reduced to just 5,000 during the next couple of games due to COVID and social distancing, it was easier to hear the coaches shouting instructions towards their players.

It was extremely clear therefore when Allegri saw Rabiot in this situation and was heard to say: “Don’t take a risk… If you lose that ball, I will kill you!”

The moment did not go unnoticed on social media, with Juventus fans joking they were ready to help out and urging Allegri to ‘get rid of him’ once and for all.

The game ended 2-0 with goals from Paulo Dybala and Weston McKennie.
