Allegri ponders four Juventus line-up changes for Lecce game

Weston McKennie, Federico Chiesa and Federico Gatti are expected to return to Juventus‘ starting XI in an away game at Lecce, while Andrea Cambiaso and Filip Kostic are favourite over Timothy Weah.

Juventus return to the pitch on Sunday following a 3-0 victory against Sassuolo at the Allianz Stadium this past Tuesday. Their next opponents are Lecce who have collected 16 points in 10 home games this term.

McKennie and Gatti will return to action after serving a one-match ban against Sassuolo and, as reported by Ilbianconero.com, they are expected to return to Juventus’ starting line-up in place of Fabio Miretti and Daniele Rugani.

At the same time, Chiesa will likely be included in the line-up replacing 18-year-old striker Kenan Yildiz. Chiesa was introduced from the bench as a substitute on Tuesday and scored the third goal of the night for the Bianconeri.

The fourth and final line-up change is not so obvious, but it is something Allegri is considering. Weah, in fact, has a chance to start on the right wing in place of Cambiaso. If this is the case, the ex-Genoa winger will move to the left in place of Kostic or start on the bench.
