“We have to take the squad to a level where they don’t need the Coach to motivate them every time. We could’ve struggled a lot less towards the end, as there were a few unnecessary flicks and back-heels, but maybe I am asking too much.
“Dybala is a fine player and very intelligent. He enjoys himself playing in almost a trequartista role, connecting the forwards to the midfield. He has very clear ideas on what he wants to do.”
Considering the fifth consecutive Scudetto could be secured on Monday – if Juventus beat Fiorentina and Napoli lose at Roma – the attention now moves to next season.
“We must confirm this squad, because it’s a young group and we want to do well in the Champions League. Our exit this time was rather hard to swallow.
“We made an impressive comeback in Serie A to win after that bad start, but we can still do even better.”
