According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Massimiliano Allegri once again raged at Juventus players after Sunday’s win over Fiorentina saying that they should have killed off the game earlier.

Juventus coach Allegri was furious with his players despite a 1-0 win over Fiorentina on Sunday and did nothing to hide his feelings inside the dressing room, reports La Gazzetta dello Sport.

According to the report, the Italian tactician was irritable because Juventus had had three goals disallowed and risked conceding the equaliser multiple times in the second half.

The pink paper claims Allegri didn’t target specific players but still raised his voice, saying that his footballers should have killed off the game earlier.

The Italian tactician looked calm during post-match interviews last night and said Juventus try to “improve” every day.

“It’s true that we risked conceding the equaliser late on after a technical error, but I would not reproach the lads for anything,” he argued.

“They are having a good season, we are doing everything we can to get as many points as possible. We kept a second consecutive clean sheet and victory, so that is important progress.”

This is not the first time Allegri has blamed Juventus players. Gazzetta reported last week that the Italian tactician had raged at Bianconeri footballers after a 1-0 loss against Lazio at the Stadio Olimpico in the previous round.
