Allegri was also asked about Mario Balotelli, who is having more problems at Manchester City and is repeatedly linked with a San Siro transfer.
“He's a young lad and must learn respect is the foundation for everything. In order to stay in a society, you need these characteristics and youngsters can get it wrong.
“Football players set an example for many young people. Balotelli will understand his mistakes and, I hope for his sake, learn from them. He is a public figure and must behave in a certain way, then he can become a champion.”
