Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri expects more new signings on the last days of the summer transfer window, while the Bianconeri have reportedly made a desperate attempt to sign Mauro Icardi.

The Old Lady has just one point in the opening two Serie A games and began their post-Ronaldo era with a 1-0 defeat against Empoli at the Allianz Stadium.

During his post-match press conference, Massimiliano Allegri suggested he expects more new signings from the Bianconeri.

“The club is in charge of negotiations, three days are remaining before the end of the transfer window, so let’s see who will arrive,” the Old Lady’s boss during his press conference, attended by Football Italia.

And one new signing arrived in Turin, just as Allegri was speaking as Everton striker Moise Kean landed in town right after Juventus’ game against Empoli.

The Italian striker is expected to undergo his medical examinations with the Bianconeri in the coming hours.

However, according to Il Corriere dello Sport journalist Nicola Balice, the Old Lady directors made a desperate attempt to sign Mauro Icardi after the shocking defeat against the Tuscans.

The former Inter captain seems unwilling to leave Paris, especially if Kylian Mbappé joins Real Madrid.

As per Tuttosport, Barcelona even offered Sergio Aguero to Juventus, but the Argentinean striker is currently injured and will remain out of action for several weeks.

  1. Not even a world class player can make this team play better.
The squad need to understand that playing for Juve takes more than hard work.
You only win if you have the hunger and drive to be better than your opponent.
At the moment i can not see this in this squad.

  2. Hoped that whit departure of Paratichi thing will go beter for juve but they didnt.Fixeted on dringin in sttacking players when d team desperatly need world class LB and RB.Sandro and Danilo are d starthes they got no competition for their starting spots, danilo is doin good but sandro is horrid last 3 seasons and they bring noone de siglio is 0 in attaking phase and d only other player they got there is pllegrini. As things stand its better if Alegri just go for system whit 3 in defence.STOP WASTING MONEY on ATTAKERS you dont need and bring in some fullbacks

  3. LOL @ all the rubentini complaining about Paritici. He was booted and still the same huge mess in the helm. Meanwhile, Fabio is doing a decent mercato at Tottenham lol….
Juventus needed decent midfielders more than anything else, and they bring Kean, who has been a flop at Turin. Bring Locatelli who is an over rated player and he by himself cannot change the face of that terrible midfielder. And the worst – not even his defense is working now
    Good times ahead in Italy…

  4. the problem is in midfield. they need to sign another creative midfielder. locatelli aint enough

  5. the medicine are barella and pesina and bastoni.
u pay de ligt 16M for what? for acting like he is a defender? but kept on conceded?
