Juventus’ loss to Lazio has only further increased the doubts surrounding coach Massimiliano Allegri as their Champions League spot starts to look uncertain.

The Bianconeri have now managed to secure just seven points in their last nine Serie A games, picking up a single win since the end of January. Only Lecce, Sassuolo, Frosinone and Salernitana have done worse than Allegri’s side in the last two months.

Juventus once looked capable of challenging Inter for the league title but now, they look at risk of crashing out of the Champions League spots, with both Bologna and Roma hot on their heels with less than two months of the season remaining.

Allegri risks

Page eight of today’s Gazzetta dello Sport details how Allegri is starting to look at real risk in the dugout as Juventus’ dire form continues, with the successful coaching changes at Roma and Lazio starting to give the club something to think about.

Whilst the Bianconeri haven’t made any decisions yet, the next six weeks will be vital for the coach and the Old Lady. Failing to secure a top four finish would all but spell disaster for the Italian tactician.
