Allegri desperate for Juventus to involve Vlahovic more

Massimiliano Allegri is working hard to try and generate more goals with his Juventus side, wanting to give Dusan Vlahovic the service needed to shine.

The Bianconeri have started the season incredibly poorly, picking up only two wins from their opening seven Serie A games. Vlahovic in particular has struggled to show his best in Turin, receiving limited service and often looking frustrated on the pitch.

The Serbian striker only had one touch in the Roma penalty area in the 1-1 draw last month and the week prior only had two touches in the area in the goalless draw with Sampdoria.

As highlighted by Sky Sports Italia, Allegri wants to resolve Juventus’ issues in front of goal and is studying solutions to help involve Vlahovic in play more, wanting to exploit his €80m man.

The Bianconeri have conceded more shots (88) than they’ve taken (82) this season, something that both the fans and coach are unhappy about.

One idea of Allegri’s is to play Arkadiusz Milik either alongside or behind Vlahovic, giving him a little more support up front.
