The two San Siro based clubs have struggled in recent years, while Juve and Roma continue to dominate Serie A.

“I think Juventus and Roma had more time to plan, whereas Milan and Inter change too much every year,” Albertini told MilanNews.it.

“If you cannot target the Scudetto that season, it would be better to plan rather than taking it one day at a time and seeing where you end up.”
