Al-Hilal have reportedly outbid Juventus for Romelu Lukaku, but the Chelsea forward wants to remain in Europe.

Inter have decided against signing the Belgium international after he failed to reply to directors and teammates last week, opening talks with Juventus instead.

The Bianconeri are ready to offer €40m for the 30-year-old, but they must sell Dusan Vlahovic before making a formal bid for the Blues.

Sky Sports UK claim Chelsea have one more ‘serious’ offer for Lukaku, coming from Saudi club Al-Hilal. However, the Belgium international is unwilling to leave Europe, so he’s not expected to accept their offer.

As per Gazzetta, Al-Hilal’s bid is worth more than €50m, but Lukaku doesn’t want to join them.

Lukaku will resume training with Chelsea today but is not expected to join Mauricio Pochettino’s side for their pre-season tour in the USA.

Simone Inzaghi’s choices in the second part of last season, especially his decision to drop Lukaku from the Nerazzurri’s starting XI in the Champions League Final against Manchester City, are believed to be the reasons why the striker has decided against returning to the Stadio Meazza.
