Stekelenburg missed the first leg due to injury, with Andre Onana suspended, so third choice goalkeeper Kjell Scherpen had to start and made a costly error on Lorenzo Pellegrini’s goal.
Defender Schuurs was also injured that day, while Brobbey had been at risk after limping off last week, but both are available.
Daley Blind and Onana are still out of action, with Sebastien Heller accidentally left off the UEFA list after his January transfer.
