It comes after multiple sources including De Telegraaf, Sky Sport Italia and more all announced Juventus had agreed terms with Ajax worth in the region of €70m plus bonuses.
There are also suggestions agent Mino Raiola will make up to €10m in commission.
The defender, who turns 20 next month, is expected in Turin over the next 48 hours to have a medical and sign the five-year contract.
Including performance-related bonuses, that salary is expected to reach €12m per year.
