Jordan Veretout’s agent confirmed the Fiorentina midfielder “is in love” with Napoli and would be enthusiastic about a move.
The 26-year-old Frenchman has been repeatedly linked with a Stadio San Paolo switch in recent months.
“I won’t rule out the possibility of Napoli signing Veretout, even if they keep Allan,” agent Mario Giuffredi told Radio Marte.

“I won’t rule out the possibility of Napoli signing Veretout, even if they keep Allan,” agent Mario Giuffredi told Radio Marte.
“Napoli are going to build a very strong side and have changed their strategy, focusing on players who already know Serie A and are ready to deliver straight away.
“I wouldn’t rule Veretout out of their midfield. There are several clubs interested in Veretout, but the lad is in love with Napoli. If I can make something happen for my hometown club, I’m more than happy to do so.”
Fiorentina paid €7m to buy Veretout from Aston Villa in the summer of 2017 and this season he contributed five goals with four assists in 37 competitive games.
