Agent Fernando Otto told Superhaber that he believes the full-back will improve a lot in Serie A, and that the Turkish side were responsible for his departure.
“Alex didn’t receiving convincing enough answers to stay at Galatasaray and refuse the move to Inter, you should ask the Coach,” Otto said.
“Why did Alex not play in the game against Real Madrid, for example. Why didn’t he play in the last league match. We don’t know the reasons and we’re not able to answer.
“Alex is preparing himself the best he can in these first few days at Inter, in order to be ready and smooth out any flaws.
“Now what's done is done, the people here in Italy appreciate the great qualities that Alex has and his fascinating style of play, for him this is a very important and decisive step.
“In Italy he will improve a lot – it will be a big step in his career. I'm sure Alex will continue at Inter and the Nerazzurri won’t send him back at the end of the season.”
