Juventus target Rolando rejected a move to Roma in the summer, the player’s agent has revealed.
The Bianconeri are believed to be on the verge of completing a loan move for the Porto centre-back, but the Portuguese's agent says his client rejected a similar move in the summer.
“Last summer Roma had reached an agreement with Porto to sign Rolando but the player said no,” Peppino Tirri revealed to Tele Radio Stereo.

The Bianconeri are believed to be on the verge of completing a loan move for the Porto centre-back, but the Portuguese's agent says his client rejected a similar move in the summer.
“Last summer Roma had reached an agreement with Porto to sign Rolando but the player said no,” Peppino Tirri revealed to Tele Radio Stereo.
“It was not a snub to Roma, but after his experience with Inter and Napoli he doesn’t intend to leave Porto if it’s not outright.
“They were only talking about a loan.
“At the moment that is off, and Juventus are in negotiations to complete a transfer. The Bianconeri have contact with the executives of the Portuguese club.
“I know that [Roma director Walter] Sabatini really likes him, but at the moment only Juventus are moving.”
