“Victor is happy for the victory and he is feeling well at Napoli. When he scores goals, everything becomes easier,” his agent William D’Avila told Radio Kiss Kiss.

“It’s proud to wear the Napoli shirt and he wants to thank the club for supporting and waiting for him, also when he got injured and when he caught COVID.

“He feels the trust of the whole group and the atmosphere in the dressing room is helping him. We never listened to criticism, it’s normal that there are many expectations when the transfer fee is high.”

Gennaro Gattuso will reportedly leave Napoli at the end of the season and Lille coach Christophe Galtier is one of the candidates to replace the 2006 Italy World Cup winner.

“Osimhen is on good terms with Gattuso, he is an excellent coach," his agent commented.

“I don’t know if he has spoken to Galtier. Maybe the coach sent him a text to congratulate him, but not to talk about Napoli.

“Victor’s goal is to win the last three games of the season because he wants to play the Champions League with Napoli.”
