Agent Mikkel Beck said Denmark captain Simon Kjaer is ‘happy’ to be playing at ‘a great club’ like Milan.
The Denmark defender has continued to impress at EURO 2020 this summer and has helped the national team to the semi-finals, where they now play England for a place in the Final against Italy.

“England have everything to lose, unlike Denmark. They play in front of their country, with 60,000 people at Wembley, and all the pressure in the world for this match.
“Denmark, on the other hand, have nothing to lose and everything to win.”
Kjaer moved to Milan in January 2020 and excelled under Stefano Pioli, where the Rossoneri fans have called for the Dane to become the new captain at San Siro after his actions at the Euros.
“Obviously he would like to play against Italy. It’s a country that means a lot to him, where he started at a great level and where he is playing,” the agent continued. “Now, he’s at a great club like Milan, where he is happy, but he’s focused only and exclusively on the European Championship.”
