“He is very happy at Napoli and wants to win trophies,” agent Alvaro Torres told Goal.

“The contract renewal had been planned, but talks have been in standby for some time and there have not been any steps forward.
“When this season comes to a conclusion, there will only be two years left on his contract.”
The 24-year-old was signed from Real Betis for €30m in the summer of 2018 and his deal runs to June 2023.
