Antonio Di Natale’s agent says it’s ‘very difficult’ to see the striker remaining at Friuli for next season.

The 37-year-old has spent 11 seasons with the Zebrette since joining from Empoli, scoring 220 goals in 414 games in all competition, but it looks as though this campaign will be his last.

“At the moment, it’s very difficult to see Antonio remaining in Udine,” Bruno Carpeggiani told Gazzetta dello Sport.

“He wants to leave at the end of the season. A cycle has finished at Udinese. It’s not an economic issue.

“It’s not certain that he’ll remain in Italy, a decision will be taken at the end of the season in any case.

“Now Antonio is focused on surpassing [Roberto] Baggio in the all-time top scorer chart [for Serie A].”

Di Natale needs just two goals to surpass the former Juventus striker, as he has 204 goals to Baggio’s 205.
