Ciro Immobile’s agent has admitted that there was ‘slight risk’ of Lazio losing the striker to Dalian Yifang last month.
Lazio rejected a €60m bid from Dalian for Immobile towards the end of last month, and Alessandro Moggi confessed that while the 28-year-old and the Aquile were ‘very happy’ together, he was unable to definitively rule out a sale in January.
“There was very slight risk [of a sale],” he told Sky Sport Italia.

“There was very slight risk [of a sale],” he told Sky Sport Italia.
“Lazio aren’t thinking about depriving themselves of Ciro, who is very happy where he is.
“It’s normal if many clubs around the world are following him. If a similar offer comes in again? I don’t know if it will, but without doubt it’d be sent back to sender.”
Immobile has scored 82 goals in just 116 appearances across two-and-a-half seasons with Lazio but has netted only seven times in 34 caps for Italy.
