Mattia Caldara’s agent Beppe Riso confirms the defender will return to Milan at the end of the season, while Nicolò Rovella could join Juventus earlier than expected.
Caldara joined Atalanta from Milan in an 18-month loan deal with an option to buy. However, La Dea are not going to make his move permanent.
“He will return to Milan,” his agent Beppe Riso told Tuttosport.
Riso’s client list is full of young Italian players, including Nicolò Rovella, who is currently on loan at Genoa from Juventus.

Riso’s client list is full of young Italian players, including Nicolò Rovella, who is currently on loan at Genoa from Juventus.
“He is a nice guy, more intelligent than the average. He won’t suffer the Allianz Stadium today. Nicolò is brave and has a huge personality, even if he was born in 2001," Riso claimed.
“He thinks as a man, not as a boy. Just think about his move to Juventus. He could have left the club as a free agent, but he didn’t want to do it for a sense of gratitude towards Genoa.”
On paper, Rovella will stay at Genoa on loan for more season, but perhaps his return to Turin can happen earlier than that.
“There were many clubs interested in Nicolò. Lione, Atletico, Inter. There is a concrete possibility to see Rovella move to Juventus 12 months in advance. It will depend on how he will play in the final part of the season and Juventus’ transfer strategies.”
