Mauro Icardi has been linked with Juventus and Monza, but now it’s reported PSG have offered the outcast to Manchester United.

The centre-forward spent most of his career in Serie A with Sampdoria and Inter before the €50m plus €22m in add-ons move to Paris Saint-Germain in 2019.

He has slipped so far down the pecking order at the Parc des Princes that he is not even being allowed to train with the senior squad, instead demoted to the reserves, in a bid to push him out of the club.

Icardi’s representatives offered him to Juventus and Monza, but both sides turned down the opportunity to sign him because of his salary demands and troubled history.

Now Manchester United are reportedly ready to take a gamble on Icardi, who in recent months has been in the headlines more for his tumultuous marriage to agent Wanda Nara rather than his football.

It comes after the Premier League side suffered a shock 4-0 defeat to Brentford and amid suggestions Cristiano Ronaldo is desperately trying to leave Old Trafford.

  1. Icardi is a finished player. Everyone knows it.

He is not interested in playing football anymore. He will sit out his remaining contact at psg and then retire.
