Former Inter striker Adriano calls the current side “stratospheric”, and sees Coach Luciano Spalletti as “the right man” for the job.
The Brazilian will be in the stands at San Siro this weekend to see the Nerazzurri take on Parma, another of his former Serie A clubs.
“The relationships I had with [Arrigo] Sacchi, [Cesare] Prandelli and the club, which really helped me mature, made me a player worthy of Inter,” Adriano told FCInterNews.

“From the city of Parma I miss the food, the people and the simplicity. I’ll return soon, now that I’m in Serie A again.
“Sadly I didn’t get to see Inter much at the beginning of this season, but I saw them closely at Pinetina and that have a stratospheric squad.
“I saw the great work the club has done, everything really has changed. Now the atmosphere is great, we can’t make judgements at this time of year – it takes time!
“I saw Spalletti working and I think he’s the right man for this environment at this moment.”
