Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis says Carlo Ancelotti is like “an old friend”, but won’t discuss the Juventus game as “I’m superstitious”.
The Partenopei travel to Turin tomorrow to take on the champions, having beaten them on their last meeting thanks to Kalidou Koulibaly’s header.
“I’m superstitious, I won’t talk about Juventus,” De Laurentiis told ANSA.

“I’m superstitious, I won’t talk about Juventus,” De Laurentiis told ANSA.
“All I’ll say is that we have to go there, be calm and play our intelligent football. I expect a good game by both teams, and may the best team win.”
De Laurentiis was also asked to compare new Coach Ancelotti to former incumbent Maurizio Sarri.
“Let’s just say that the management of the squad is as it should be. Did you see Kevin Malcuit the other day? Ok, it was against one of the weaker teams but he showed what he can do.
“The same is true of Fabian Ruiz and Piotr Zielinski, there have been experiments with all the players and they’re giving important answers.
“I chose Ancelotti myself, he’s a multi-faceted person who I never get bored of talking to. It’s as if he’s an old friend, because he’s part of a club that has always had this kind of person.”
