Atalanta and Roma want Tammy Abraham, with Chelsea prepared to let him leave on loan, but it’s reported he doesn’t want to leave England and has his heart set on Arsenal.

The 23-year-old centre-forward has been mentioned as part of the transfer merry-go-round that takes Romelu Lukaku to Chelsea for €115m, then Edin Dzeko and possibly also Duvan Zapata to Inter as his replacement.

That would leave both Atalanta and Roma needing new strikers too and they both have their sights on Abraham.

Calciomercato.com claim that Chelsea would be prepared to let Abraham leave on a two-year loan at €5m with option to buy for another €30-35m.

However, the same source also maintains Abraham doesn’t want to leave England at this stage in his career and would prefer a switch across the Capital city to Chelsea’s London rivals Arsenal.

He has one goal in six senior caps for England and came up through the Chelsea academy, with loan spells at Bristol City, Swansea and Aston Villa.

The centre-forward scored 12 goals in 32 competitive outings for the Blues last season, along with providing six assists.
