A video from DAZN Italia shows Yacine Adli suggesting David De Gea the wrong part to save a Theo Hernandez penalty, but luckily for Fiorentina, the Spanish keeper ignored his teammate.

Funny footage from Fiorentina’s 2-1 win over Milan has emerged on social media.

Video: De Gea ignored Adli’s advice to save Theo penalty vs. Milan

It shows the Rossoneri loanee Adli pointing at the wrong side for a Theo Hernandez penalty in the first half.

The French midfielder, a compatriot of Theo Hernandez, thought his former teammate would kick the penalty on his left, but luckily for the Tuscans, De Gea picked the opposite direction, keeping Fiorentina ahead.

Adli had scored the opening goal in the game only a few minutes earlier.

De Gea saved another penalty from Tammy Abraham in the second half, infuriating Milan coach Paulo Fonseca, who wanted Christian Pulisic to show up from the spot.
