Christian Pulisic has revitalised his career at Milan and there are reports he is on the shortlist to replace Mohamed Salah at Liverpool next season.

The USMNT star just turned 26 earlier this month and already has four goals plus two assists in six competitive games for Milan this term, including one against Liverpool in the Champions League.

That performance impressed the Reds, who are seeking a winger for the future to take over when Salah is widely expected to leave next summer.

According to Calciomercato.it, Pulisic is among the options being considered for that role at Anfield.

However, it would not be an easy purchase, because his value on the transfer market has comfortably doubled since the €20m transfer from Chelsea in 2023.

The American is one of the key players in the squad at San Siro, having scored 19 goals and provided 13 assists in 56 competitive games for the club.

He’d still be significantly cheaper than the primary Liverpool target, Real Madrid’s 23-year-old Brazilian Rodrygo, and already has Premier League experience too.

Liverpool already looked to Serie A for reinforcements this summer by signing Federico Chiesa from Juventus.
