Italy coach Luciano Spalletti is in the stands at San Siro to watch several players when Milan and Lazio face off.

The new CT has overseen two games so far since taking over from Roberto Mancini and has been travelling the country to meet with coaches and players at their club training grounds.

This evening, Spalletti was spotted in the stands at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza to follow the Serie A match between Milan and Lazio.

There are precious few Rossoneri he could be scouting out, other than right-back and captain Davide Calabria, who made his comeback to the starting XI from injury.

More likely he is evaluating several Lazio players who can and have been called up by the Azzurri.

They include goalkeeper Ivan Provedel, defensive partners Alessio Romagnoli and Nicoló Casale, midfielder Nicoló Rovella and attacking wide man Mattia Zaccagni.

Ciro Immobile is on the bench after sustaining a flexor issue.

Also present in the stands for this match is former Milan legend Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who continues to be linked with a job at the club.
