Romelu Lukaku has officially ended his partnership with agency Roc Nation Sports, who have been representing the Roma loanee for close to five years.

Lukaku no longer appears on the front page of Roc Nation’s website, and, as reported in an exclusive from the Telegraph, the decision for the two parties to split was taken shortly after Lukaku’s loan to Roma was completed.

Though Lukaku enjoyed some of the best years of his career while tied to Roc Nation, the summer just gone was about as turbulent as it could possibly get.

The Belgian international had been expected to re-join Inter, having represented the Nerazzurri on loan in 2022-23, but after it was revealed that he had been entertaining talks with rivals Juventus, that proposition was quickly taken off the table.

There had also been suggestions of a possible move to Saudi Arabia, as well as a potential part-exchange deal between Juventus and parent club Chelsea involving Bianconeri striker Dusan Vlahovic, but neither of those moves came off either.

Eventually, Lukaku joined Roma, who had been in desperate need of a new striker all summer, on loan for the 2023-24 campaign,

Roc Nation are yet to comment on the decision to part company with Lukaku.

Roc Nation’s remaining roster of athletes includes Milan’s Samuel Chukwueze, Inter’s Federico Dimarco as well as a host of other household names, such as Kevin De Bruyne and Marcus Rashford.
