Sofyan Amrabat has attracted the attention of Manchester United and Fiorentina are now waiting for their first offer to arrive, reports detail.

The 26-year-old midfielder shot to prominence last season after his incredible World Cup with Morocco, playing a crucial role in the team’s historic run to the semi-finals.

Immediately after the tournament, Amrabat become a hot top in the January transfer window and Barcelona made a late lunge for him, but Fiorentina held firm, wanting to keep him until the summer.

As reported by QS via TMW, Fiorentina expect an approach from Manchester United in the early stages of next week, where a first offer could be discussed.

Reports in England suggest that the Red Devils are willing to pay around €28m for the Moroccan midfielder, who has already given the green light to the move.

Amrabat has left than a year left on his contract with Fiorentina and seems destined to leave this summer. His brother and agent Nordin Amrabat recently told ESPN that “Ten Hag is charmed by my brother, he broke through under him and they have a good relationship”.
