Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri admits Dusan Vlahovic has a bright future ahead but refuses to provide transfer updates on the Serbia international, who will miss the last game of the season against Udinese.

Multiple reports in Italy claim Vlahovic will likely leave Juventus in the summer. The Serbia international has been struggling with injuries this term and only scored 14 goals in 42 games across all competitions.

Tuttosport and Gazzetta claimed on Saturday that the Old Lady wouldn’t sell the 23-year-old for less than €80m during the summer transfer window.

According to Gazzetta, Bayern are strongly interested in the Serbia international, while Chelsea could lower the Bianconeri’s asking price by including Romelu Lukaku in a player-plus-cash swap deal.

“I don’t talk about transfers, the club is in charge,” Allegri said at a press conference on Saturday, as quoted by Ilbianconero.com.

“I can only give advice. Dusan has been out for a week. Bremer, Fagioli, De Sciglio, Pogba and Kaio [Jorge] are out. The others are available. Dusan has the potential to have an excellent career.”

Vlahovic joined Juventus from Fiorentina in an €80m deal, including add-ons in January 2022.

During his pre-match press conference, Allegri said Juventus would start planning for next season from Monday, when they’ll know in which European competitions they’ll play in 2023-24.
