Theo Hernandez’s brother Lucas wasn’t exactly happy with Ismael Bennacer’s disallowed goal last night and posted a history on Instagram, which he removed later.

Bennacer’s goal at minute 66 was ruled out for offside after a VAR check. Inter were 2-0 up, but Milan would have qualified for the final with a 2-2 draw as the away goal rule still stands in Serie A for one last season.

Bennacer’s goal alone wouldn’t have been enough, but it’d give hope to the Rossoneri in the final part of the game. Stefano Pioli and Milan fans criticised the referee after the final whistle and were the only ones unhappy with Maurizio Mariani’s choices.

Theo Hernandez’s brother Lucas, a Bayern Munich defender, took to social media to complain about the referee’s decision, but he cancelled the picture shortly afterwards. The France international had written ‘scandalous’ in French, adding black and red dots and laughing emojis.

  1. Nostradamus 2012 is 2021 ? Is 2022 a Bad Year? Prove 2021 that history is an arranged hoax? or astrologist have intuicion from years statistic? I think this is a bad year for this things.

  2. “Stefano Pioli and Milan fans criticised the referee after the final whistle and were the only ones unhappy with Maurizio Mariani’s choices.”

What gives you that idea Lorenzo? Many neutrals such as this guy Lucas weren’t happy with the decision. I suspect you’re an Inter fan but please keep your favoritism out of your journalism.

  3. “Many neutrals such as this guy Lucas” …Yeah, being Theo’s brother has to do a lot to be that neutral guy!

  4. What everyone are sorely lacking is for some journalist to investigate what rule was applied for the basis of the ruling. I’m convinced it was offside regardless of whether Handanovic’ would’ve saved it or not, he wouldn’t have btw. Nor did he protest at first, but that’s not the point. Perhaps it should’ve been?

  5. @ I MISS …

You mean to tell me every neutral was fine with the decision? Even many Inter fans admitted it should’ve been a goal. Either way my point stands, this is bad journalism.

  6. Journalist only knows about gatherings news and retelling them…they don’t know anything about football, so they shouldn’t be blamed too much except when they try to feign wiseacre.. so Lorenzo face your journalism after all you have never kicked a football before.

  7. The real scandal was the Griezmann dive that helped France beat Croatia in the WC final. But I guess Lucas didn’t complain or cry then.
