According to Sky Sport Italia, while Antonio Conte is ready to reject Tottenham Hotspur, ex-Juventus director Fabio Paratici has agreed terms.

The Premier League side had hoped to reunite the pair from their time together at Juve.

However, today’s reports point to Conte having more and more doubts on the Spurs project, so the former Inter coach will look elsewhere for his next role.

It had been feared this would affect Paratici’s decision too, but the same source in the form of Sky reporter Fabrizio Romano maintain that is not the case.

Instead, Paratici is on the verge of signing the paperwork after working out the final details of the contract.

Paratici had been at Juventus for 11 years as right-hand man to Beppe Marotta, then taking over as chief football officer.
