It is increasingly likely the Coppa Italia Final between Juventus and Atalanta will be played in Rome rather than Milan.

The decision is still up in the air, with the fixture planned for May 19.

According to Il Messaggero newspaper, the FIGC will formally ask UEFA for permission to use the Stadio Olimpico for the match.

The Coppa is usually assigned here, but there had been plans to move it to San Siro because the Olimpico will be prepared by UEFA in the final weeks of May for the opening Euro 2020 fixtures.

However, as fans probably won’t be allowed in by then, the stadium should still be available for a Coppa Italia fixture.
