The Black-and-Whites followed their usually matchday routine today with a training session at the Continassa in the morning, a lunch break and the departure for the Allianz Stadium which is just meter away from the JTC.

The Juventus’ team bus entered the gates of the Stadium at around 7.45 local time and a few minutes later Juventus revealed their starting XI through their official social media account.

The ASL (local health authority) of Naples released a statement in the afternoon insisting “there were not the necessary conditions to allow for Napoli travel in full safety” after that the Lega Serie A had stated the Azzurri couldn’t prove their inability to play tonight’s match.

Napoli may be handed a 3-0 defeat by default but the Serie A protocol allows for local health authorities or Government to over-ride their rules if travel is banned so Napoli are surely go to appeal the decision, if it will come.
