Lazio President Claudio Lotito has announced that Coach Simone Inzaghi has renewed his contract with the club.
Inzaghi had been linked with the vacancies at Milan and Juventus, but Lotito confirmed on Monday morning that the 43-year-old would be staying at Lazio.
“We’ve renewed Inzaghi’s contract,” he told Radio Rai.
“It’s a renewal that, despite what the Press said, was expected. I’ve never said anything different.

The former Aquile striker has delivered two fifth-place finishes in Serie A and a Coppa Italia in his three years at the helm.
