Sampdoria President Massimo Ferrero declares he’ll shave his head if they beat Juventus tomorrow – “I’ll make it like Radja Nainggolan”.

The Blucerchiati face the league leaders in Turin in the final match before the winter break, and the patron will take a bold step if they end the Old Lady’s unbeaten run.

“I have long hair, I’ve always worn it like this,” Ferrero said on Rai Radio Uno.

“But if we beat Juventus I’ll cut it all off, I’ll make it like Nainggolan.”

Ferrero also gave his opinion on the ongoing racism debate following the abuse of Kalidou Koulibaly in InterNapoli.

“Football is a show and it must go on, they should authorise the stewards to perform the role of public security officers, just as the stadiums should be equipped with cells.

“If an ultra goes to the stadium to cause trouble he should be put in a cell, but there are 60,000 people in the stadiums and they shouldn’t all be lumped together.

“There shouldn’t be violence and racism in stadiums, we’re talking about sport and entertainment and these people should be arrested.”
