The shameful scrawling appeared today outside the away end of the Stadio Franchi ahead of the Serie A match.
As soon as it was spotted, Fiorentina sent staff outside to paint over it.

As soon as it was spotted, Fiorentina sent staff outside to paint over it.
“The club firmly condemns the offensive and disrespectful writing against ex-Juventus captain Gaetano Scirea and the victims of Heysel,” patron Andrea Della Valle told reporters.
Scirea was in the 1982 World Cup winning Italy squad, but died in a car crash in 1989 while on a scouting mission for Juve in Poland.
Juve Coach Allegri was asked about the situation during the post-match Press conference.
“It’s an issue of civility and respect. It’s not about particular fanbases, but individual people. Whoever wrote such things ought to be arrested.
“While this continues to happen without finding a solution, it is setting a bad example.”
