“It was a wonderful experience to play at Wembley for Croatia, even if we lost to England right at the end. It was a passionate atmosphere, I can’t wait to play tomorrow and we know it’s going to be important,” said the winger in his Press conference.

“We know a point here would be enough to qualify, but we always play to win and that’s the only way we know how to approach a game.
“We are fully aware it’s going to be difficult, as we are up against a strong side with very talented players, but if we think about only getting a point, we will lose.”
Perisic is a well-known transfer target for Manchester United, so he was asked in the London Press conference if he’d like to play in England.
“I’ve already said it would be a dream and anything is possible in football, but right now I am concentrated on Inter. I am working hard for my team, though I didn’t have much rest or pre-season training due to the World Cup.”
