Damiano Tommasi has finished last in the first round of votes for the FIGC presidency, with amateur League chief Cosimo Sibilia leading the way.

Out of 509 valid votes, Tommasi only received 22.34 percent of the ballot, markedly less than the 37.06% received by Lega Pro boss Gabriele Gravina.

However, coming out top is Sibilia, who garnered 39.37% of the vote and has the support of several Serie A clubs.

Nonetheless, Pagine Romaniste reports the former Roma midfielder will not withdraw his candidacy and will put his name forward for the second round.
