“I cannot describe what I’m feeling and I don’t even know what was going through my head!” the 17-year-old goalkeeper told Rai Sport.

“We knew that we had to give it our all, we played on level terms with Juventus. The Coach gave us something extra. We try to do everything he asks.

“It’s a pleasure to win with all these Italians on the pitch, but there were foreign players too. It’s such a great feeling, indescribable!

“We wanted this victory and earned it with hard work. We dedicate it to the President. We don’t know if it’ll be his last trophy, but it’s dedicated to him.”
