Roma have injury doubts on Alessandro Florenzi, Kostas Manolas and Leandro Paredes for the Champions League clash with Porto.

The first leg ended 1-1 at the Estadio do Dragao, despite Thomas Vermaelen’s red card within 41 minutes.

The decider is at the Stadio Olimpico on Tuesday evening and Vermaelen will therefore be suspended.

Florenzi missed that game due to a right calf problem and was still not training with the full squad today, so is a huge doubt to feature in the Champions League play-off.

He’ll be replaced by Bruno Peres, who made his debut yesterday following the transfer from Torino.

Manolas limped off during the Udinese game with a muscular problem in his left adductor and, although it does not appear to be serious, there isn’t much time to recover.

Paredes also picked up a knock against Udinese on his right calf, but is likely to be on the bench anyway, as Daniele De Rossi returns to the starting XI.

Wojciech Szczesny was back in goal yesterday and should push Alisson to the bench.

Roma (probable): Szczesny; Bruno Peres, Manolas, Juan Jesus, Emerson; Nainggolan, De Rossi, Strootman; Salah, Dzeko, Perotti
