There are conflicting reports regarding the talented Spanish midfielder. He was previously linked to Juventus and to Milan alike, but nothing has come of that yet.

Today's edition of Spanish publication AS reports that Zidane will have to work hard to bring Isco back to his levels and to convince him to stay. A failure to do so would result in Milan and Juventus getting back in the race for the player.

However Calciomercato.it simultaneously reports that Zidane blocked any option of a transfer and spoke with the player, convincing him to stay.

The Frenchman reportedly considers Isco to be an essential part of the team he is planning, and will not let him go under any circumstance.
