Roberto Mancini insists Marcelo Brozovic will not leave Inter in January – “we’re not thinking about selling him”.

The midfielder has only made six Serie A starts for the Beneamata this season, but the Coach sees him as one for the future.

“Brozovic will not be sold,” Mancini declared in his pre-Udinese Press conference.

“Then who would we take photos with? He’s young, he’ll become very strong, we’re not thinking about selling him. We don’t want anyone to move, I hope everyone is happy here.

“Jeison Murillo? I don’t know what will happen in the future, but he’s 21-years-old and has improved a lot here in Italy.”

The Nerazzurri have picked up a lot of red cards, and Mancini wants his players to be more sensible.

“A player who has been booked has to be careful, because with the slightest tackle he’s risking a second yellow.

“They don’t need me to tell them that. I can’t change someone if they get a yellow card after 15 minutes, I hope they’re smart enough not to do it again.

“Will I say anything about referees? No, I’m thinking about other things now.”

Scudetto rivals Roma were booed-off after the draw with BATE Borisov on Wednesday, despite qualifying for the Last 16 of the Champions League, but the Inter Coach wouldn’t be drawn on the issue.

“I honestly didn’t see the Roma game,” Mancini shrugged.

“I only read about it. The important thing is that Roma qualified, disappointment is part of the game.”
