Reports indicate that Antonio Di Natale intends to leave Udinese in the summer to continue playing, with interest from America and the Middle East.

The 37-year-old announced his retirement last season, only to be later convinced otherwise by the club's fans and President.

However, attempts to further extend his playing time with the Zebrette beyond this season may have reached a final stop, even if the striker intends to go on playing elsewhere.

Today's edition of the Gazzetta dello Sport states that the veteran met with President Giampaolo Pozzo yesterday but turned down an offer to renew his contract.

Di Natale is believed to be open to a new experience in the final stages of his playing career and is understood to already have interest from the United States and from the United Arab Emirates.

It is reiterated, though, that upon retiring, Di Natale’s intention is to work at Udinese in a capacity as a club director.
