Sunday will see Mancini make his second debut on the Nerazzurro bench, in what will be a first city derby on the Rossonero bench for his opponent.
For Cagliari boss Zeman, though, the difference between the pair is clear.
“Inzaghi used to Coach the Primavera, that's not the kind of experience that lets us say if he's ready for Serie A,” Zeman has told Sportmediaset.
“He's a good-willed lad, he tries hard, but experience has a lot of weight.
“A Coach who has already managed a team can judge the moments,” he concluded.
“Mancini is further ahead than Inzaghi.”
Zeman also disagreed with Antonio Conte's provocative statements after the Italy-Albania game.
The Italy Coach suggested that he was alone in his efforts, but Zeman said: “I don't think it's true that nobody works, those who don't are the exceptions.”
